Christian Connors

Christian Connors is a successful entrepreneur and experienced defense industry executive who has dedicated his career to developing technologies that make the world a safer place.

Christian is the Founder and CEO of Milcom Security Solutions, which has deployed over 2,500 Boomerang gunshot detection systems to protect critical infrastructure and utilities from weapons attacks. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of Shooter Detection Systems (SDS), which he led until its successful acquisition by Alarm.com in 2020. Under his leadership, SDS became the security technology of choice for Fortune 500 companies, government buildings, airports, universities and sports stadiums - proving the life-saving impact of integrating gunshot detection into security systems. SDS was the first such system to earn DHS Safety Act Certification.

Earlier in his career, Christian worked as a VP of Business Development consultant at Raytheon BBN Technologies. There he led efforts to deploy 10,000 Boomerang counter-sniper systems to protect U.S. forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, driving $250M in revenue. He also spearheaded lobbying efforts that secured $500M in funding for counter-sniper programs.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Christian founded LJC Consulting in 1992, successfully representing defense companies in New England and generating over $500M in new business. He has served on the boards of several venture-backed security technology companies including Fusus, Aethercomm and Synexxus.
